Subsea Simulator
Designed and implement a fully automated simulator used for testing functionality of topside DCS system. The simulator receives open/close command from DCS and generated simulated output imitating tree/manifold valves, pressures and temperatures. It is used to test/debug the functionality of topside DCS system.
HPU Simulator
Designed and implement a fully automated HPU simulator used for testing HPU Logic. The simulator imitating pump, pressures and temperatures. It returns pump running indication and ramps up the pressure to achieve cutout pressure. It is used to test/debug the functionality of HPU PLC Logic.
BOP Simulator
Designed and implement a fully automated BOP simulator used as OTS (Operators Training Simulator). The simulator imitating full functionality of a blowout prevention system. It is used in MUX BOP courses to show operators the functionality and implementation of a BOP System.
Oxy / Centurion Pipeline
Fully automate 32 oil pumping stations (motors, compressors, etc.) from engineering and design (replacement of relay logic) to software development, testing, startup and post startup support. Platforms: GE, SCADAPack RTUs, IsaGRAF software and ClearSCADA and WebStudio HMIs.
Williams
Full automation of cryogenic plant including software development, panel building, support and training for compressors, turbines and various plant equipment. Platform: Allen-Bradley, Wonderware.
Kinder Morgan/El Paso Energy
21 PLC/RTU/MMI controlled compressor stations were upgraded from legacy to current compliant hardware and software. Platforms were a combination of Allen Bradley, Bristol Babcock, CTC, Wonderware and Windows NT PCs.
Champion Fiberglass
Automation, Engineering drawings, Panel fabrication, remote monitoring and HMI development for a large manufacturing facility with multiple trains. Platform: Omron PLCs, multiple HMIs, upgrades to Allen-Bradley and Siemens.
Shell
Measurement automation and HMI development for large, new water pumping facility required to remove truck traffic from roads. Platform: Allen-Bradley and Wonderware.
